A stock catalog overprinted for this short-lived enterprise owned and operated by the Canadian creative geniums Stewart James, who operated the company from his home in Courtright, Ontario. James also acted as agent and dealer for Abbott's Magic Novelty Co. for a short period of time. The first example we have encountered with this overprint for what must have been a short-lived enterprise.
